On September 5, 2025, the White House amended Executive Order 14257 to include additional tariff numbers now exempt from reciprocal tariffs. The updated exemptions are listed in Annex II (z).
These modifications will apply to goods entered for consumption on or after 12:01 a.m. ET, Monday, September 8, 2025. Only products that are properly classified under the HTSUS headings and subheadings listed in Annex II are exempted from the tariff action imposed by Executive Order 14257, as amended.
