Transformers Network, Inc. dba Phoenix International Freight Services, Inc. (operates under the names Phoenix International® and Phoenix International Freight Services®), is a transportation intermediary which undertakes to arrange, as the agent on behalf of Customers, the transportation, handling, warehousing, entry and export of shipments through third-party carriers, warehouses and other service providers (“Services”). All Services provided by Phoenix International to any Customer are governed by Phoenix International’s Terms and Conditions of Service, which are available on our Terms & Conditions page.
